Why was I charged for a full membership, I only paid for a one day trial?
I'm sorry that you did not realize that you needed to cancel your membership. On the join page where you signed up, it states clearly that you are purchasing a membership of limited duration, that automatically recurs at the agreed upon price.

Since you were given this information in multiple places, both befoer and after you joined the website, we cannot honor any requests for a credit. Your membership is still active and we invite you to browse the site for the remainder of your membership.

Again, we do apologize, but we hope you understand that we cannot be held liable for individuals who fail to review the billing terms listed clearly at the top of the page where they entered their billing information.

Why am I unable to log into the site?

I made a mistake and submitted the wrong membership, can I switch or get refund?
Unfortunately, we have no way to switch memberships or issue partial refunds.

I was on you site for X amount of days and cancelled will I get a refund for the remaining days?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue partial refunds.

I cancelled my account but you still charged me... I want a refund!
Unfortunately, you did not cancel in time. We cannot issue a refund if you failed to cancel your membership in time.
